  1. Click Download Norton Bootable Recovery Tool, above
  2. On the File Download dialog, click Save.
  3. Select the location to where you want the file saved, and click Save.
  4. Go to the location of the downloaded file and double-click the NBRT Retail Downloader icon.
  5. If you get a prompt asking you to confirm that you want to run the file, click Run to continue with the download process.
  6. Once the download completes, the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool wizard starts automatically. Follow the instructions in the wizard to create your customized copy of the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool.
